Light weight construction is absolutely essential for motorcycles - also in the exhaust system. Hydroformed parts contribute to it with low wall thickness. At the same time hydroforming offers a great freedom in design. Surfaces and shapes can be optimally put in the limelight (e.g. stainless steel brushed).
